摘要: Abstract In this paper, an innovative electric vehicle (EV) charging scheme is proposed, which the first time to take into full account three modes in one framework, i.e. slow charging, quick and battery swapping. The aim minimize cost achieve valley filling effect. Furthermore, order address proposed effectively a distributed neurodynamic algorithm intelligent optimal strategy. Compared with centralized method, can better satisfy requirement of EV environment manner. simulation study, effectiveness convergence our are verified by case studies. addition, rationality superiority also further validates theoretical analysis.
