摘要: The surface affinity is a critical factor for controlling the formation of monolayer nanostructures in block copolymer thin films. In general, strong tends to induce domains with low spontaneous curvature. Abiding by this principle, we propose facile chemoepitaxial scheme producing large-scale ordered hybrid patterns directed self-assembly diblock copolymers. guiding chemical pattern designed as periodic stripes alternately changing affinities. As consequence, two different geometries are formed on process copolymers guided stripe investigated using cell dynamics simulations based time-dependent Ginzburg–Landau theory, and kinetic stability diagram estimated. Hybrid successfully achieved both cylinder-forming sphere-forming system, major exhibiting considerable window composed parallel cylinders perforated lamellae, while it spheres other system. Encouragingly, method valid till period large multiple domain spacing. demonstrated work serves nice supplement graphoepitaxial one proposed our previous work.
