摘要: Presented telehealth system employs ‘complete loop’ approach in management of hypertension patients with comorbidities consisting remote patient's data acquisition, collection, expert review and feedback. Expert ontology editable rule module for generating alerts based on the values blood pressure contextual information related to health status (discomfort, headache, etc.). Feedback is carried out by healthcare provider contacting phone call manage their medication lifestyle habits. Based usability evaluation are willing use long term (for several years) condition.
