摘要: Objectives: Clinical decision-support systems (CDSSs) are being recognized as important tools for improving quality of care. In this paper, we review the literature to find trends in CDSSs that were developed over last few decades and give some indication future directions developing successful, usable clinical decisionsupport systems. Methods: We searched PubMed papers published during past five years with words Decision Support Systems appearing title used our own knowledge field earlier work. Results: The goals developers modern develop deliver needed information could be integrated healthcare’s organizational dynamics. Such form part knowledge-management activities healthcare organizations employ order excel. During decades, have witnessed a gradual maturation representation formalisms infrastructure CDSSs, including electronic health record (EHR), standard terminologies, messaging standards exchange data. demand effective will evolve circumstances change gave rise methodologies guide on construction evaluation CDSSs. Conclusion: Although there exist many approaches representing, managing delivering knowledge, design implementation good useful still active areas research. EHR should make it possible implementers major contributions delivery healthcare. Haux R, Kulikowski C, editors. IMIA Yearbook Medical Informatics 2006. Methods Inf Med 2006; 45 Suppl 1: S72-80.
