摘要: Objective: Medical knowledge management and care process have become to be considered as valuable strategic assets that can lead sustained increase in Health Care Organization (HCO) performance. Thus, it is essential investigate which are the enablers for promoting knowledge-based organizations (people, organization, process, system perspectives). Although they a HCO manage effectively, still unclear how employ them more principled fashion. This requires innovative strategies determine effective ways of utilizing resources capabilities available both within outside organization. Method: paper reviews theories, methods, technologies potentially building high performance HCOs. They come from variety fields behind computer science medical informatics, e.g. business organization sciences psychological cognitive sciences, epistemology sociology. However, success developing future Information Systems (HIS) their incorporation into new conceptual framework after recognizing peculiar characteristics HCOs with respect other organizations. Investigating nature knowledge, general, particular, define services HIS should provide foster collaboration between patients health professionals.
