Cytogenetic effect of technical glyphosate on cultivated bovine peripheral lymphocytes

摘要: Abstract A technical herbicide containing isopropyl amine salt of glyphosate was tested for induction chromosome aberrations (CA) and sister chromatid exchanges (SCE) in cultured bovine peripheral lymphocytes. Cultures were exposed to a formulation at concentrations ranging from 28 1120 μmol/l without with metabolic activation. No clastogenic effect the found. Its genotoxic confirmed SCE assay after 24 h incubation. statistically significant elevation observed each donors application product doses 56 1120 μmol/l.
