摘要: Angiogenesis is an essential step in the growth and metastases of many solid tumors,including colorectal cancer (CRC). Efforts to inhibit angiogenesis as a potential antineoplastic strategy began more than 30 yr ago, numerous angiogenic factors have subsequently been identified large bowel tumors. The most successful antiangiogenic date has focused on inhibiting vascular endothelial factor (VEGF).
