摘要: Toxicity and uptake data for Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri generated by nickel in systems using three natural sediments (trout farms: El Oyamel, Truchon, Potrero), are presented. Nickel hemoglobin concentration were studied L. exposed to spiked sediments. its toxic effect on used as indicators of exposure. Sediment texture was also considered. Hemoglobin decreased after treatment with nickel. The test indicated a response the bioavailability This investigation clearly documents that Potrero exhibit toxicity potential. These results suggest usefulness diversity bioassays evaluating polluted heavy metals.
