摘要: Occupational exposure to nickel compound, such as refining, electroplating, and in conjunction with other metals, is harmful the health, causing respiratory distress, lung nasal cancer. In this work, different gene expression patterns of tissues from nickel-exposed rats controls were investigated. The suppression subtractive hybridization (SSH) method was used generate two subtracted cDNA libraries transcripts differentially expressed after inducing. Dot-blot hybridizations confirm differential ratios obtained SSH clones. Out 768 unique clones, which chosen randomly subtraction (384 each), 319 could be verified expressed. According blast screening functional annotation, 28% genes nickel-induced library related cell differentiation, whereas 21% driver oxygen transport. Two novel sequence tags (ESTs; NCBI Accession No. FC809414 FC809411) obtained. detected present study are probably important associated
