摘要: Abstract The Government of Brazil has shown a willingness to overhaul its regulatory framework in bid optimize the economic and technological development oil gas exploration production (E&P) market. Using multicriteria assessment methodology that compares frameworks place several hydrocarbon-producing countries, this paper evaluates apparatus Brazil. It is argued should modify if it committed encouraging investment E&P market, beginning with instituting simpler tax structure incorporating more progressive policy mechanisms.
