摘要: The objective of this study was to determine the ultimate outcome patients who experienced immediate postoperative instability after primary total hip arthroplasty using regional anesthesia. Thirtyone whose radiographs demonstrated dislocation or subluxation immediately were evaluated as function and stability. Once a has occurred, risk redislocation is high. In study, 29 did not have revisions surgery, 3 (10.3%) had recurrent 1 (3.5%) event. Recurrent need for revision surgery significantly greater when compared with those no evidence instability.
