摘要: This project aimed to develop guidelines for use during in-hospital rehabilitation after combinations of multiple joint procedures (MJP) the lower extremities in persons with haemophilia (PWH). MJP are defined as surgical on ankles, knees and hips, performed any combination, staged, or a single session. that we studied included total knee arthroplasty, hip arthroplasty ankle arthrodesis. Literature rheumatoid arthritis demonstrated promising functional results, fewer hospitalization days lost from work. However, complication rate is higher needs optimal conditions. Since 1995, at Van Creveldkliniek, 54 PWH have undergone MJP. During our hospital by experienced physical therapists, regular seemed useless. Guidelines will guarantee an recovery maximum benefit this enormous investment. lead capability quality life elderly group PWH. There no existing MJP, haemophilia, revealed through review literature. Therefore, working was formed implement such procedure explained. The who underwent described, subdivided into joints. For these subgroups, number hospital, complications profile discharge, well guideline clinical rehabilitation, given. It contains general part each specific subgroup.
