摘要: The article presents an overview of immunological factors and their role in the genesis development endometriosis, with emphasis on inflammatory cytokines growth adhesion factors. Although retrograde menstruation is a common phenomenon among women reproductive age, not all suffer disease. Development endometriosis seems to be complex process, facilitated by several factors, including quantity quality endometrial cells peritoneal fluid (PF), increased activity PF, endometrial-peritoneal angiogenesis, reduced immune surveillance clearance cells, production autoantibodies against cells. Potential biomarkers like autoantibodies, upregulated during seem useful non-surgical diagnostic tool. In this review work, examined through Furthermore, it could concluded that, although can treated using hormonal suppression, there need today for non-hormonal drugs, probably modulate function, order confront disease alleviate pain or infertility without inhibition ovulation.
