摘要: A new synthesis way of haptens for tetracyclines (tetracycline, chlortetracycline and oxytetracycline) based on the formation their carboxamido diazo derivatives that maintain tetracyclic nucleus possess an aromatic or aliphatic spacer arm – in order to create a degree heterology chemical structure is described. The were used successfully raise polyclonal antibodies reliable sensitive indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) tetracycline was set up. After optimization physical parameters (pH, salt, detergent concentration, time), detection limit 0.4 ng mL −1 reached. optimized ELISA showed crossreactivity rolitetracycline (91%), oxytetracycline (30%), methacycline (14%), (10%). analytical potential immunoassay demonstrated by excellent recoveries obtained (mean value ranging between 79% 108%) when determining residues honey samples with simple preparation procedure. results confirmed suitability as screening method either food monitoring laboratory quantification residues. © 2007 Elsevier B.V.
