摘要: Recent evidence has shown in membrane preparations that the binding of one ligand to its receptor is able modify parameters a second (receptor-receptor interactions), allowing modulation incoming signals onto neuron. To further understand γ-amino-butyric acid (GABA)-dopamine (DA) interactions neostriatum we have carried out experiments explore whether an activation GABAA could affect characteristics D2 DA rat neostriatum. The results show GABA (30–100 nM) significantly increases dissociation constant high affinity (KH) site (labelled with selective antagonist [3H]raclopride and such effect fully counteracted by bicuculline (1 μM). It suggested putative GABAA/D2 receptor-receptor may take place somato-dendritic striato-pallidal neurons it modulate inhibitory effects on these neurons, mediated via receptors.
