摘要: Objectives. To investigate whether Panax ginseng (P. ginseng) could affect the metabolism of Diester Alkaloids (DAs) derived from Aconiti Lateralis Radix in vivo. Methods and Results. 24 male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomized for 7-day treatment with P. (low, middle, high), or vehicle. was administered orally to each group on 8th day. Plasma samples collected, Xevo TQ-S used detect concentration aconitine, mesaconitine, hypaconitine plasma. We describe a fast reproducible method Compared control group, three DAs increased both middle high dosing groups. The Vz/F these groups as well CLz/F aconitine all mesaconitine decreased compared group. Conclusion. Orally administrated potentially inhibits rats.
