摘要: Abstract This paper investigates the effect of socio-economic factors that might influence on recycling practices in Malaysia. We conducted interview surveys to 600 households newly emerging conurbation Iskandar Malaysia Region. The results revealed variables have a positive relationship activities. outcomes indicate elderly people displayed pro-environmental behaviour. younger generation is less inclined recycle. findings enable government generate suitable options suit various characteristics households. recommends several improve solid waste management. These include providing infrastructures and incentives raise environmental knowledge values.
