摘要: Shoulder girdles of 20 cadavers (68–94yrs) were harvested. The anterior (ACHA) and posterior circumflex humeral arteries (PCHA) injected with ink the extra intraosseous courses dyed vasculature dissected through soft tissues bone to osteotendinous junctions rotator cuff. injection dissection method was newly developed for study. Rates cross-over at juntion 75% in supraspinatus, 67% subscapularis, 33% infraspinatus 20% teres minor. supraspinatus subscapularis insertions vascularised by arcuate artery, a branch ACHA. minor supplied an unnamed terminal PCHA. cuff receive arterial supply across their OTJ9s 50% cases. This may explain observed rates AVN comminuted proximal fractures. PCHA supplying named “Posterolateral Artery”.
