摘要: It is widely accepted that there are degenerative changes and decreased spermatogenesis in the contralateral descended testis (CDT) unilateral undescended (UUDT). While some investigators have postulated mechanism may be related to primary (congenital) or secondary (autoimmune, vascular, neural) events, exact of damage CDT still unknown. The present study was planned investigate role genitofemoral nerve (GFN) on CDT. Forty male Wistar albino rats were divided into four groups 10 each. During newborn period a UUDT model created at age 30 days ipsilateral GFN division done (group A). In addition, with intact B), right bilateral scrotal testes C), control D) formed.
