Magnetic and phonomic excitations in Y1−xPrxBa2Cu3O7 films

摘要: Abstract We present Raman spectra of Y 1− x Pr Ba 2 Cu 3 O 7 (Y P BCO) thin films with various contents on SrTiO substrates. Resonant and temperature dependent studies are performed in A 1g B polarization geometry. The phononic part the is used to analyze stoichiometric epitaxial quality samples. All c -axis oriented a very high degree in-plane orientation. Analyses phonon-line shapes show that multi-phase composition mixture-type (0.5 ≤ J damping parameter Λ we observe linear dependence content. Unlike single crystals, do not resonant enhancement two-magnon peak intensity PBCO.
