摘要: Abstract We present calculations of the response function for electronic Raman scattering in clean d-wave superconductors. Vertex correction a conserving approximation lead to contributions B 1 g which remove singularity at threshold energy 2Δ 0 , yielding instead peak comparable intensity as A response. short-range electron–electron interaction broadens and modifies low spectrum. obtain lineshapes good agreement with experimental data on Ca-doped YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7 .
