摘要: In this paper, we introduce a combinatorial problem faced in the tire industry and then define it optimize by tabu search from perspective of operational research. Such is termed pitch arrangement involves both selecting sequencing problems along with noninteger design variables. Pitch an essential procedure for tires before their manufacture. Using procedure, engineers have to choose optimal groove distribution on treads purpose manufacturing low-noise tires. Most research works are supported companies, results patented instead being published. study, abovementioned clearly search. Two actual manufactured chosen case studies. addition, two patents types sequences optimized genetic algorithms also applied these comparison. The successfully performance found be outstanding.
