摘要: The present disclosure includes a method of determining the presence target in sample comprising an allosteric DNAzyme; rolling circle amplification dependent on activity DNAzyme and detection system. methods further comprise quantifying amount by comparing with control. Also included herein are kits for practicing described designing biosensor systems.
