摘要: Rolling circle amplification (RCA) is an isothermal, enzymatic process mediated by certain DNA polymerases in which long single-stranded (ss) molecules are synthesized on a short circular ssDNA template using single primer. A method traditionally used for ultrasensitive detection areas of genomics and diagnostics, RCA has been more recently to generate large-scale templates the creation periodic nanoassemblies. Various strategies have also developed production repetitive sequences aptamers DNAzymes as platforms small proteins. In this way, rapidly becoming highly versatile tool with wide-ranging applications genomics, proteomics, diagnosis, biosensing, drug discovery, nanotechnology.
