摘要: We demonstrate that DNA oligonucleotides covalently coupled to colloidal microgel can be manipulated by T4 ligase for ligation and Phi29 polymerase rolling circle amplification (RCA). also show the long single-stranded RCA product generate intensive fluorescence upon hybridization with complementary fluorescent probe. believe DNA-microgel conjugates explored development of based bioassays biosensors.
