摘要: This study evaluated the effect of Glutathione (GSH) bio-molecule on reduction enamel and dentin discoloration after application 38% silver diammine fluoride solution (SDF). One hundred twenty bovine teeth specimens were used. The divided into three groups: (1) SDF only (control); (2) followed by a potassium iodide (KI); (3) mixed with 20% GSH. Half exposed to light remainder kept in dark conditions (n = 10) Color changes measured using spectrophotometer at following time intervals: before (baseline) immediately application, then 3, 6, 24, 48, 72 h, 7, 10 14 days. SEM/EDS analysis was performed treated dentin. Statistical done repeated measures ANOVA test. results showed that group exhibited greatest color under both conditions, while + GSH effective decreasing conditions.
