摘要: In the present work, we describe a simple procedure to produce biomimetically coated silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs), based on postfunctionalization and purification of colloidal stabilized by citrate. Two biological capping agents have been used (cysteine Cys glutathione GSH). The composition capped colloids has ascertained different techniques antibacterial tests GSH-capped Ag NPs conducted under physiological conditions, obtaining values Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) 180 15 μg/mL for Staphylococcus aureus Escherichia coli, respectively. activity these GSH can be ascribed direct action metallic NPs, rather than bulk release Ag(+).
