摘要: A method of fabricating a liquid film is provided. The comprises the steps applying hydrophilic onto substrate with an electrode formed thereunder, covering protection comprising hydrophobic liquid, dispersing surfactant for reducing surface tension between and film, voltage to wet liquid. With electro-wetting principle, contact angle controlled. having uniform thickness in nano size thus on substrate. prevents evaporation air thereby secure stability film.
