摘要: Abstract Lipid and protein interactions were studied in guinea pig erythrocytes containing a normal or two-fold increased amount of cholesterol. The electron spin resonance (ESR) spectra cholesterol-loaded cells labeled with fatty-acid probes showed an increase the local viscosity membrane as compared control cells. This reflects changes interior lipid matrix because resisted destruction by ascorbate, unaffected action pronase, gave similar to those liposomes. No differences observed between conformation proteins either infrared ESR maleimide probes.
