摘要: Functional magnetic resonance imaging was used to characterize patterns of cortical activation in response sensory and motor tasks patients with writer’s cramp. 17 healthy subjects were examined during finger-tapping, index finger flexion, electrical median nerve stimulation both hands electromyographic monitoring. SPM2 evaluate Brodmann area (BA) 4, 1, 2, 3, 6, 40. Patients showed decreased the left BA 4 1–3 right finger-tapping. With finger-tapping there bilateral underactivation single areas somatosensory cortex. exhibited 6 had 40 hands. The findings suggest baseline activity or an impaired 1–4, cramp for dystonic clinically unaffected hand.
