摘要: In order to bring new data about the physics of microscopic YBa2Cu3O7 − x (YBCO) grain boundary mechanism, we have used two different ways induce modifications in oxygen sublattice Josephson junctions (GBJs): annealings and irradiation with helium at 80 keV both electrodes barrier.
