摘要: Abstract An experimental model has been designed to help study the acute effects of tobacco smoking on cutaneous micro-circulation. Arterioles in nude mouse ear are directly visualised by intravital microscopy and blood flow is quantified. Arteriolar vasoconstriction decreased seen response smoking. The implications post-operative for patient undergoing flap surgery discussed.
