摘要: Sialic acids are involved in a number of biological processes including cell-to-cell, cell-tomicroorganism, -toxin, and -antibody binding. Their importance these processes, especially those with relevance to human disease states, has led interest the synthesis both natural modified sialic acids. This review examines most recent methods used for modification preparation sialyl glycosides as probes acid-recognising proteins.
