摘要: Cellular ex vivo assays have a broad range of applications in patient care and clinical studies, especially when they are standardized highly sensitive. As compared to analyses by molecular genetics such as the single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) testing, usually more global. These partly mimic situation, relying on complex interaction various immune cells. For example, can be used determine modulation alloresponses treatment or underlying disease, diagnose quantify primary secondary cellular immunodeficiency, follow-up vaccination responses, measure adoptive transfer virus-specific immunity via hematopoietic stem cell liver transplantation, assess allergy, antimicrobial also rare effector/memory cells directed against tumor antigens. This review will first shortly describe vitro methods then present applications, summarizing some own studies performed within last 18 years.
