摘要: Compendia of large-scale datasets available in public repositories provide an opportunity to identify and fill current gaps biomedical knowledge. But first, these data need be readily accessible research investigators for interpretation. Here, we make a collection transcriptome relevant HIV infection. A total 2717 unique transcriptional profiles distributed among 34 were identified, retrieved from the NCBI Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO), loaded custom web application, Browser (GXB), designed for interactive query visualization integrated data. Multiple sample groupings rank lists created facilitate dataset interpretation via this interface. Web links customized graphical views can generated by users subsequently inserted manuscripts reporting novel findings, such as discovery notes. The tool also enables browsing single gene across projects, which new perspectives on role given molecule biological systems. This curated is at: http://hiv.gxbsidra.org/dm3/geneBrowser/list.
