摘要: The potential of quadrupole-based ICP–MS as a tool for B-isotopic analysis wines and its usefulness in provenance determinations were assessed. A precision 0.1–0.25% RSD (corresponding to relative standard deviation the mean three replicate measurements 0.06–0.12%) was sufficient establish small differences B isotope ratios from different geographical origins. Each sample measurement bracketed by mass bias drift correction made interpolation. Sample preparation kept minimum avoid possible fractionation. Dilution wine samples factor 100 with 0.65% HNO3 found reduce matrix-induced discrimination substantially. Wines wine-producing regions, Stellenbosch, Robertson, Swartland, Western Cape Province South Africa, specific regions France (Bergerac) Italy (Valpolicella) analyzed ICP–QMS their compositions. It concluded that 11B/10B can be used characterize Average red Africa (Stellenbosch), (Bergerac), differ between 0.5 1.5%.
