摘要: Abstract The determination of B in small volumes undigested blood plasma and urine by isotope dilution high efficiency direct injection nebulization (DIN) inductively coupled mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) is proposed. C interference over 11B was removed precipitating the samples proteins. Samples aliquots 1 ml were spiked with an enriched 10B solution shaken during h to attain isotopic equilibrium. Thereafter, sample proteins denaturated nitric acid supernatant analyzed. This procedure effective reduce concentrations approximately 94%. Sample 50 μl introduced into ICP nebulizer producing transient signals lasting 30 s for isotopes measurements. Precision 10B/11B measurements characterized relative standard deviation (RSD) lower than 1%. instrumental discrimination factor 5%. Total from 100 135 μg L−1 0.499 3.021 mg found. Reproducibility triplicate RSD
