Fluorimetric detection of boron by azomethine-H in micellar solution and sol-gel.

摘要: Mixtures of boron and azomethine-H in solution result slow complexation. Addition sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), polyethylene glycol ether (Brij-35), 4-(1,1,3,3-tetramethylbutyl)phenyl-polyethylene (TritonX-100), cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) considerable decrease complexation time enhancement signal peak also sol-gel. The fluorescence the complex is monitored at an emission wavelength 486 nm with excitation 416 nm. presence 1x10(-3) mol L(-1) SDS decreased up to 10 min 20 sol-gel for above 0.25 microg B mL(-1) 30 35 below mL(-1). However, photostability did not change by adding micelle both media. proposed method shows a linear response toward concentration range 0.05-10 selective over large number electrolytes cations. detection limit was 7 L(-1). This has been used environmental water samples fruit juices satisfactory results.
