摘要: Abstract A method for the determination of boron in human serum is described. Serum samples were only treated with 0.14 M HNO 3 (a five-fold dilution). After addition beryllium as internal standard to correct matrix effects, introduced a concentric nebulizer an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer. The magnitude ion signal was optimized by adjusting lens voltages and gas flow rate memory which can be experienced conventional methodology sample introduction, reduced acceptable level use short (2 min) cleanout procedure. To avoid overlap from intense 12 C + -peak 11 B -peak, 10 0-peak used determinations. This procedure gave blank about 1.7 μg 1 −1 detection limit 0.5 serum. External calibration applied forthe quantitation boron. proposed tested analysis “second-generation” biological reference material Freeze-Dried Human (University Ghent). Results are also given three other materials, namely Wheat Flour SRM 1567a, Bovine Liver 1577a Total Diet 1548 (National Institute Standards Technology). Analyses twelve healthy individuals yielded concentrations ranging 4.1 25.8 gmg .
