摘要: In addition to peaks from singly charged ions (M+), signals oxide (MO+), hydroxide (MOH+) and doubly (M2+) ions, which may lead spectral overlap interferences, are observed in ICP-MS spectra. Using a VG PlasmaQuad ratios of MO+/M+, MOH+/M+ M2+/M+ were determined for number elements, covering wide range atomic masses, first second ionisation energies chemical properties. The temporal stability the MO+/M+ was investigated. correlation between with M-O bond strength difference energy respectively is discussed. influence several instrumental parameters, associated sample introduction plasma operation, on M+, M2+ MO+ studied. Simple qualitative explanations given order explain some results. No quantitative results as experiments pointed out that they influenced large extent by parameters.
