摘要: In spite of decades intense research, pathological tremors still constitute unknown disorders. This study addresses, based on a multi-scale model, the behavior an entire pool motor neurons in tremor, under hypothesis that tremor is oscillation central origin commonly projected to all innervate muscle. Our results show such conditions both paired discharges and enhanced neuron synchronization, two characteristic landmarks emerge. Moreover, coherence correlation analyses suggest oscillator transmitted linearly by given small set (7 or 8) are sampled.
