摘要: Objective Ultrasonographic evaluation of the postpartum uterus to prevent retained placental tissue complications is still a matter debate, and it difficult interpret its necessity on basis previous studies. We hypothesized that application uterotonics regular ultrasound scanning may reduce number unnecessary curettages in large unselected population.
