摘要: The aim of the study was to assess possible correlation between catecholamine and cortisol levels changes in cerebral hemodynamics patients with chronic posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). included 50 PTSD first ever hospitalized for psychiatric treatment healthy control subjects. All subjects were aged 30-50. In patients, 24-h urine epinephrine norepinephrine metabolites vanillylmandelic acid (VMA) determined transcranial Doppler ultrasonography performed on day 1 hospital stay repeated after 21-day medicamentous treatment. On initial testing, increased level VMA, decreased elevated mean blood flow velocity (MBFV) circle Willis vessels recorded 25 (50.00%) patients. Repeat findings obtained psychopharmaceutical therapy showed MBFV seven (14.00%) (initial vs. repeat P = 0.0002). Such parameters not any patient testing group, 0.0000). Study results pointed a significant levels, caused by vasospasm. Psychiatric administered three weeks significantly reduced proportion concurrently altered hemodynamics, cortisol.
