摘要: This paper presents a method of generating highly turbulent freestream flow, up to levels 20% with relatively uniform mean velocity field. was developed as result combined water channel and wind tunnel study. The for these high turbulence includes using high-velocity jets issuing into mainstream cross-flow. A range can be generated, this same flow geometry, by adjusting the jet-to-mainstream ratio or Reynolds number flow.
