摘要: Abstract An imidazolium-modified pyrene derivative, IPy, was used for ratiometric detection of heparin, and its complex with heparin reversed protamine in both aqueous solution serum samples. The cationic fluorescent probe could interact anionic via electrostatic interaction to bring about blue-to-green fluorescence changes as monomer emission significantly decreases excimer increases. binary combination IPy be further green-to-blue since prefers bind instead the due stronger affinity protamine. shows high sensitivity a low limit 8.5 nM (153 ng/mL) displays 15.4 nM (107.8 ng/mL) according 3σ IUPAC criteria. Moreover, sensing processes are fast can performed solutions, indicating possibility practical applications.
