摘要: The examination of synaptic data and localization chromosomal breakpoints in a review human pericentric inversions suggest that recombination behaviour rearranged chromosomes during meiosis can be predicted by determining the subband which breakpoint is located. According to this hypothesis, it postulated loops are routinely formed only cases when both breaks occur G-light bands, whith genetic consequences crossing-over. In other cases, heterosynapsis accomplished without previous homosynapsis, thereby minimizing production unbalanced gametes.
