摘要: Hydroxyapatite (HA) particle impregnated polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) bone cement was fabricated in order to induce bony tissue ingrowth into the pores left behind by resorption of HA. The amount HA 0%, 10%, and 30% weight. After mixing with it cast a 4 mm inside diameter glass tube (10 long). Each specimen cut half used for vitro vivo experiment. Histological observation little apposition new more ones. In conclusion, this study decreased properties both increasing cement. much lower implant site other statistically increase push-out end femora.
