摘要: Background Eye development is a consequence of numerous epithelial-to-mesenchymal interactions between the prospective lens ectoderm, outpocketings forebrain forming optic vesicles, and surrounding mesenchyme. How different cell types eye structures differentiate from their precursors, which factors coordinate complex human remains largely unknown. Proper differentiation photoreceptors special interest because involvement in appearance degenerative retinal diseases.
