摘要: Tag7 (also known as peptidoglycan recognition protein PGRP-S, PGLYRP1), an innate immunity protein, interacts with Hsp70 to form a stable Tag7-Hsp70 complex cytotoxic activity against some tumor cell lines. In this study, we have analyzed the programmed death mechanisms that are induced when cells interact complex, which was previously shown be released by human lymphocytes and is cancer cells. We show induces both apoptotic necroptotic processes in Apoptosis follows classic caspase-8 caspase-3 activation pathway. Inhibition of apoptosis leads switch RIP1-dependent necroptosis. Both these initiated involvement TNFR1, receptor for TNF-α. Our results suggest novel ligand receptor. One its components, Tag7, can bind TNFR1 receptor, thereby inhibiting actions TNF-α, acquired cytokine.
