摘要: We report the case in a 72-year-old man who presented with right inguinal mass and one month history that was initially interpreted as an hernia. Ultrasonography (US) computed tomography (CT) demonstrated mass, including myxoid fat component, extending from spermatic cord to subcutaneous layer. Mass excision performed, diagnosis turned out be angiomyxolipoma. Angiomyxolipoma is rare tumor preoperative of this disease very difficult. However, angiomyxolipoma should considered differential patients irreducible mass. Imaging diagnosis, such US CT may help make diagnosis.
